Louis Gemma, a Rhode Island native, has a deep-rooted connection to the plumbing profession, having embarked on his career at the young age of 16. He comes from a family of dedicated plumbers, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. His service to his country as a Marine further exemplifies his dedication and discipline, culminating in an honorable discharge that he carries with pride.

       Upon completing his military service, Louis returned to his plumbing roots in Rhode Island before making the significant decision to relocate to Hollywood, Florida, in 1994. There, he gained valuable industry experience working with Atlas Plumbing. Between 1997 and 2006, he expanded his expertise at John’s Plumbing and A to Z Statewide Plumbing, honing his skills and knowledge in various plumbing applications.

In 2007, Louis achieved a significant milestone by earning his Florida State Master Plumber license (number CFC1428138). This accomplishment marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey as he founded Gem Statewide Plumbing. The company quickly established itself in Englewood, Florida, becoming a reliable provider of plumbing services for the local community.

       As the sole shareholder of Gem Statewide Plumbing, Louis has successfully guided the company through substantial growth. What began as a modest operation with four older work vans has evolved into a thriving business employing 30 skilled professionals. Under his leadership, Gem Statewide Plumbing has built a strong reputation for its commitment to quality service, community engagement, and professional integrity, ensuring that the needs of its neighbors are met with the highest standards of excellence and flawless services.
